Return Policy

We stand behind our products and strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a return or an exchange.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and we must be contacted right away if any item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


In General

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

To start a return, please contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund. Also, shipping & handling fees of orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or Loss Items & Issues

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of the items by the carrier/shipping company. But we will be happy to assist you with the claim process.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT dispose the package. Leave the package intact with the damaged item, shipping box and internal packaging. Shipping companies require damaged item and packaging to be intact for inspection.


Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your order. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will let you know the amount of the refund which will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
