Where do you make the items you sell in Gottles?
All the items we sell are handcrafted at our very small shop located in Carson City, Nevada. -
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Paypal. We accept Paypal and all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. -
Do I need a Paypal account to pay for an order?
No. You will be prompted to create a Paypal account but you can proceed without one. You will only be allowed to use debit or credit cards. To make your payment without a Paypal account, simply enter your debit or credit card details. -
How is shipping and handling works?
Estimated shipping + handling costs are calculated at checkout. We ship through USPS.
A shipping label is usually created so we can be sure to reserve the inventory for you, at this point your order becomes on "pre-transit" status. An estimated delivery date will let you know when to expect your order. When your order is on our carrier possession, that is when the actual "transit time" starts. Normally, our lead time is 3-5 business days for a single-item order. Please check our current lead time. For bulk orders, please contact us for lead and shipping time. -
How to track an order?
Tracking number will be provided to you so that you'll have some idea of when you should be receiving your order. We track shipments to make sure items are received at the estimated delivery date indicated on the tracking information. Track my order. -
How can I request for a return or an exchange?
We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us to request for a return or exchange within three (3) days after delivery. Learn more about our Return Policy. -
